We are thrilled to share that the ECOROUTES Project kick-off meeting, held on the 26th and 27th of October 2023 in the serene surroundings of the Pomona Relaxing Nature Guest House in Rogaška Slatina, Slovenia, was a resounding success. Over the course of two days, passionate and dedicated professionals gathered to lay the groundwork for this innovative project aimed at promoting sustainable routes and eco-friendly transportation solutions.
The meeting began with enthusiastic opening remarks, setting the stage for productive discussions and collaborative efforts. Key updates on project management, financial issues, and administrative aspects were shared, ensuring everyone was aligned and informed. The project’s main objectives, impacts, and work packages were presented, highlighting the ambitious goals we aim to achieve. Exciting updates on the development of the education KIT, ECO-ROUTES, and the interactive high-tech mobile app were discussed, with brainstorming sessions fostering creative ideas and strategies.
We also delved into the development of the ECOROUTES portal and our dissemination and exploitation strategy, ensuring our project reaches and benefits a wide audience. The meeting concluded with a clear roadmap for the next steps and deadlines, accompanied by a lively Q&A session.
